The Beginning

It is December 1st, 2011.

My current weight is 198.8 pounds. I would like to get down to 180.

I ate well today. Had some prunes and prune juice for my colon. Then had oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. Had a great sandwich for lunch. It was turkey with a chipotle mayo. It was a little over the top, but that was it. For dinner my wife made a weight watchers stroganoff. Delicious but low fat and calorie.

I also drank two liters of water.

I had half a pineapple for a snack this evening.

Didn't do any workout, but we did go for a walk with the babies this afternoon.

Time To Lose My Baby Fat!

My wife and I are the proud parents of six month old twin girls. I am the not so proud owner of twenty pounds of unwanted baby weight. I am going to lose it and track my progress here.
